Parks Appreciation Day is Saturday, May 4th, 2024. PenMet Parks and the City of Gig Harbor invite you to volunteer at one of their parks 9am-noon to clean up trails, remove invasive vegetation, and plant native trees and shrubs. At 11:30am there will be a Tree Planting Ceremony at Sehmel Homestead Park.
