Safely discard expired prescription medications; donate non-perishable food reusable grocery bags (paper or plastic); shred personal documents; and recycle rechargeable devices and batteries at Tumwater’s free “Clean-up, Drop-off event” Saturday, October 4, 2025, 9am-noon at Tumwater City Hall. Drive through the parking lot and volunteers will remove items from the trunk or back of a pick-up truck. Thurston County Food Bank will also be accepting donations of non-perishable food.
