There will be a free Labor Day Festival at Cheney Stadium in Tacoma Monday, September 1, 2025 11am-4pm honoring our active duty and retired military and civilian labor force. This event is family oriented and features the Army vs. Air Force softball game, kids’ activities, and food vendors.
The Labor Day Festival is sponsored and hosted by ArtsWA, Tacoma Buffalo Soldiers Museum, South Sound Military Community Partners, City of Lakewood, DuPont Historical Society, Port of Tacoma and City of Tacoma – Tacoma Creates.
