Event Details

Gig Harbor’s free 2024 Summer Sounds “Summer of Love” concert series runs Tuesdays through August 27 from 6-8pm at Skansie Brothers Park.

July 30: The ABBAgraphs recreate the pop magic of ABBA’s chart-topping, classic pop hits of the ’70s and early ’80s PLUS hits of the disco era. Think Dancing Queen, Take a Chance on Me, Mamma Mia, Fernando, Waterloo, and more!

August 6: Victims of Love is a tribute to the Eagles, comprised of 5 Seattle-area music veterans who formed a project to give anyone within earshot the opportunity to hear those Eagles songs they love played live.

August 13: Beadhead plays Tropical, Yacht, & ’80s Rock!

August 20: Danny Vernon: Illusion of Elvis is known for his high-energy Elvis Tribute shows that focus on connecting with his audience. He enjoys performing all three decades of Elvis’ career, including the “recklessly abandoned” hillbilly cat of the ‘50s, the sleek ’60s movie years, and the sexy ’70s jumpsuit era.

August 27: The Profits is a Western Washington favorite, known for playing music from lots of artists, eras, and genres – and for shows that are just a lot of fun.

This year, you can park at the Kimball Park and Ride and take the Route 100 bus down to the concerts. Route 100 stops at Kimball Park and Ride at 5:41 p.m. on weekdays, then heads downtown with a stop at Skansie Brothers Park. Heading south, Route 100 would pick riders up at the park at approximately 7:37 p.m. and 8:37 p.m., then head up the hill to the park and ride.
