Fort Nisqually Living History Museum hosts “Dine We Must,” an evening filled with Northwest cuisine, drinks, entertainment, and Victorian finery Friday, June 27, 2025 6-9pm.
“Dine we must, and we may as well dine elegantly…,” said Isabella Beeton, an influential British author, columnist, and chef. “Dine We Must” farm-to-table dinner is a whimsical night full of culinary delights. As you visit and explore the Fort’s historic buildings, enjoy appetizers, and a cash bar supporting the Fort Nisqually Foundation. Partake in a game or take a few photos before transitioning to dinner and music. The evening will conclude with a sampling of desserts baked in their period kitchen.
