OysterFest in Shelton, technically the West Coast Oyster Shucking Championship and Washington State Seafood Festival, is Saturday-Sunday, October 4th-5th, 2025 at Sanderson Field – beer, wine, live music, and great food including spring rolls, garlic shrimp, homemade strawberry shortcake, and fresh cider. OysterFest is presented by the Shelton Skookum Rotary Club, who kick off the weekend with OysterFunk, a 21+ gathering Friday, October 3rd from 6-10 pm with live music by the Kitty Mae Band, microbrews and food!
