Downtown Olympia goes all out for Halloween! The Olympia Downtown Alliance invites families, friends, and even furry companions to LoveOly Downtown for Halloween! This free community event promises fun for all ages with trick-or-treating, a pet costume contest, a scavenger hunt, and a photo booth. Highlights include the Scavenger Hunt October 20-31, 2025, and on Halloween Friday, October 31, 2025 there will be Trick-or-Treating at downtown shops from 3-6pm, a Pet Costume Contest at 5th Avenue and Washington Street (contest runs from 5:30-6:30pm – register online), and a Photo Booth & Kids’ Activities at the Washington Center with activities provided by Hands On Children’s Museum.
