Tacoma Historical Society will open their “City of Stories: Tacoma’s Literary Legacy” interactive exhibit with a free program and book swap Friday, August 29, 2025 at 6pm at their museum on Tacoma Avenue. Flex your creativity though hands-on activities and discover how you, too, can participate in Tacoma’s grand tradition of writing (and reading)! Bring a book or two to swap with others! Registration is not required but appreciated. Free admission or suggested $5 donation.
