Electric vehicles get their own festival in the heart of historic downtown Steilacoom! The free Drive Electric Steilacoom Festival celebrates innovation, sustainability, and community Sunday, August 24, 2025 4:00–7:00 PM on Lafayette Street, from Town Hall to the Tribal Museum and Cultural Center. The family-friendly event brings together electric vehicle owners, curious drivers, and clean energy advocates for an evening of conversation, community, and discovery. Talk one-on-one with EV owners, check out the latest models, enjoy live music, and explore booths and exhibits — with a few local food vendors in the mix as well.
