Transform Tacoma! Downtown on the Go’s Park(ing) Day is Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024, where creativity takes over the streets of Downtown Tacoma! You are invited to transform metered parking spaces and spots on the UW Tacoma campus, along the Prairie Line Trail, into unique, temporary parklets. Think beach vibes, mini-golf, or artistic displays—anything goes! Setup starts in the morning, with parklets open to the public from 10am-2pm on Jefferson Ave. & S 19th St. Vote for your favorite and celebrate innovative urban design!
