See Far Away, a poetic and political play designed to be “immersive, contemplative, and impactful.” The South Puget Sound Community College Collective presents Far Away from February 24th to March 5th, 2023 (Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30pm, Sundays at 2pm). Caryl Churchill’s Far Away depicts a dystopian world where everyone and everything is at war. Even aspects of nature, such as the birds in the trees or the river below, can’t be trusted. Joan attempts to navigate this futuristic nightmare, but fear and uncertainty continue to eat away at her.
