The South Sound Climate Convention, presented by Thurston Climate Action Team, is Saturday, May 17th, 2025 9am-6pm at Purce Hall at The Evergreen State College. Collaborate on actions to ensure a low-carbon future and resilience for all, especially our most vulnerable populations.
Morning Plenary Speaker will be KC Golden: We Have the Power — KC Golden is a national leader in the climate movement, a clean energy advocate, and policy architect.
Afternoon Plenary Speaker will be Denny Heck — Yes, We Can Do This! — Denny Heck is Washington State’s Lieutenant Governor. Stew Henderson will speak if Mr. Heck becomes unavailable.
