A powerful and moving story, The Shawshank Redemption, based on the novella by Stephen King, will be performed live at Tacoma Little Theatre Friday, June 2nd-Sunday, June 18th, 2023 (Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30pm and Sundays at 2pm). Sentenced to life imprisonment at Shawshank Prison for killing his wife and her lover, Andy finds a new way to live, leaving a message for all that while the body may be locked away in a cell, the spirit can never be truly imprisoned.
