Celebrate our forests and join the community in planting new trees for future generations! The City of Olympia is combining Arbor Day festivities with National Public Lands Day at Squaxin Park (formerly Priest Point Park) at the Rose Garden shelter on Saturday September 30th, 2023 10am-2pm. There will be a habitat stewardship work party, where the community will have a hands-on opportunity to help improve the health of the forest in Squaxin Park, as well as activities such as:
