Cultivate present-moment awareness, awe, and an appreciation of plants and the natural world! Take a Nature Mindfulness Walk at Tacoma’s Wright Park Friday, June 2nd 1-2pm. You will be led through a series of mindfulness practices at the W.W. Seymour Conservatory and then proceed to the walking paths in Wright Park. Wear comfortable walking shoes and clothes for the weather. Registration is required. More Mindfulness Walks the first Friday of each month through November (July 7th, August 4th, September 1st, October 6th, November 3rd).
