Event Details

Blending influences from the Pacific Northwest to the Appalachian Mountains, Heidi Muller and Bob Webb will give a concert of their original songs and traditional tunes on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 7pm at the Center for Spiritual Living in Olympia. Admission is $20 at the door or $10 for children 12 and under.

They play many of Muller’s original songs backed by Appalachian dulcimers, guitars, mandolin, and electric cello. A mainstay of the Seattle folk scene in the 1990’s, Muller’s song “Good Road” was the theme song of the Inland Folk show heard on Northwest Public Radio for 30 years. Her songs have been published in Rise Again, the sequel to the legendary Rise Up Singing songbook. Muller and Webb have recorded four albums together in addition to Muller’s five previous solo CDs. Webb is a multi-instrumentalist from West Virginia who has played the cello and guitar since childhood, and mandolin and mountain dulcimer for over 40 years. Webb was an original member of the Mountain Stage radio show house band of National Public Radio fame. There he accompanied artists such as Odetta, Tom Paxton, Peggy Seeger, Arlo Guthrie, and many more. For more about the artists, visit
