Harlequin Productions presents the regional premiere of Is This a Room through March 23, 2025 at the State Theater in Olympia, the verbatim FBI transcript of the arrest of NSA whistleblower Reality Winner. The transcript captures the interplay between the complex and witty former Air Force linguist and the FBI agents who question her, reading like a taut thriller. The production deliberately does not take a side to the rightness or wrongness of Winner’s actions. Experiencing a real event, as it actually happened, lets you examine your own feelings.
