Reading regularly to children during the earliest years of life gives them the biggest boost toward a successful education. Children have much to gain, even beyond literacy, from having lots and lots of books at home. United Way of Lewis County and the Lewis County Rotary Foundation have teamed up to provide free, high-quality, age-appropriate books to children in Lewis County ages birth up to five years of age through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

Each month a new, carefully selected book is mailed in the child’s name directly to their home, with no cost or obligation to the family. It is a FREE GIFT, made possible by generous donations to United Way and the Lewis County Rotary Foundation. Any child from birth up to five years old who lives in Lewis County is eligible to receive books. Signing up is easy! CLICK HERE to get your child(ren) signed up online today.
