Find out more about Alzheimer’s disease. The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) will hold a free educational conference on Wednesday, June 14th 10am-1pm that will provide you with information about Alzheimer’s disease, brain health, caregiving, care planning, and support services.
A Q&A will follow each session in which you can ask the experts questions. You will also have the opportunity to network with one other. There will also be free memory screenings conducted throughout the day.
