Capital Mall-area Public Meeting

Take part in the process to develop the area around Capital Mall. The City of Olympia Community Planning and Development Department will hold an open house public meeting on the Capital Mall Triangle Subarea Plan and Planned Action Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 2, 2023. The meeting will be held in person at the Capital Mall meeting room. The room is located near the movie theater across from the Stack 571 restaurant. Late last year the City of Olympia received 100 comments from the public on what the EIS should address. Attendees will help to refine what the EIS will analyze. The EIS will identify potential significant adverse environmental impacts of three different development scenarios and identify mitigation measures.
