Let the music take you away – without leaving the depot! The Chehalis Centralia Railroad will offer a stationary “Evening of Dinner and Music” on the train at the depot Saturday, March 25th at 5pm to include a 3-course dinner and live music. Upon boarding the train, you will be escorted to your table in a renovated 1920s dining car, where you and your loved ones will be served a delicious meal. After dinner, retire to the passenger car to listen to the mellow acoustic vibes of musician Seth Eldredge while you sip on fresh fruit-infused water and enjoy passing conversation. Tickets are on sale now at SteamTrainRide.com (sales for dinner train closes March 21).
Experience the history of railroading as it used to be. Although the train is not moving, the train will consist of the #6 naval diesel engine and two 1920’s dining cars. The train will be parked at the depot where the accessible loading platform provides easy access to the train.
